GMP型螺旋氣流磨是我公司采用德國及美國進口技術(shù)研發(fā)而成，是為了對藥用粉體進行粉體化處理而設(shè)計的，產(chǎn)品的D97粒徑可低至2~3微米。分塊易清洗的經(jīng)典設(shè)計更保證了整個設(shè)備清理的簡便與徹底性，特點在于簡便的操作、優(yōu)異的清潔度及很少的旋轉(zhuǎn)部件。特別適用于醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的實驗室操作，可以加工各類藥品，包括 、原料藥、中間體、輔料等。
同時，開發(fā)的新型生產(chǎn)線保留了所有經(jīng)時間驗證的優(yōu)點并綜合了新的特點以達到制藥工業(yè)的要求，如易拆除，易清洗和 ，能達到CIP和SIP的生產(chǎn)能力。
